No clearance for a socket due to body metal in the way. Cold chisel busted chunks out of the plug but didn't move it. Took the MC off and into the shop, put the plug in the vise and twisted the "nut" off of it. Put the torch to it until it almost melted, let it cool down, and it unscrewed nice and easy. Next time I'll do that in the vehicle. Will put epoxy over the hole in the plug and hand-tighten it. Not going to waste time rebuilding the MC since it's just an old beater ford (but with a dump box on the back) and the wheel cylinders and vacuum booster are probably leaking anyway. Just want to get some brake fluid in it so I have half a chance of stopping when I take it over to my neighbor's to chip some branches. Probably won't even try to bleed it if I can get some "pedal" on it.
