Heat that puppy up and hit it with wax , do this a bunch of times . A 6 ft breaker bar should work fine . I removed some 1200 lb torqued nuts with a 8 ft bar - it was quite simple and took no heat . I am surpised that you have not stripped the stud off its splines . I have done that a few times .
