Need advice on Trailer tires

Interested in a trailer that will need at the very least tires.

It is a deck over with 8-14.5 goodyear load range F 2700lbs at 100 psi.

So, need to know:
-An honest place to purchase good tires.
-Difference between Bias Ply and Radials.
-Are Trailer tires built with thicker side walls?

This trailer looks as if it can handle at least 12,000 lbs total. Trailer weighs approx 3500.
