Paul, Yea, I looked at it again today and I think I'll glue up some 3/4" ridgid insulation between the support bar to the roof to bring the whole surface down to the height of the support bar, then glue the carpet to it, a little spray adhesive and viola, I think I just need something to glue the carpet to, I thought I could span the spaces between the supports with the carpet, but it kept sagging down, it was too hard to keep the carpet smooth and taught. Thanks for the advice.
