married transfercase conversion

I am doing a 360 v8 conversion on my 62 M37B1 with a np435 transmission and married transfercase out of a 1988 dodge 1 ton. I am wondering if anyone has put a married transfercase in a m37 and if so, will I need to modify the center hump in the cab? Also, is there anything else I should look for?
