Fiberglas. I think it would only be practical to reproduce the cab in fiberglas.
Once the molds were made, the low volume production would be similar to forming boat hulls. Metal tooling would cost too much, unless the original tooling were still available. If there were a demand for a 100 or so new cabs, a small shop might be able to work the numbers out so that the cost is reasonable. While there is decent original sheet metal repros probably won't be made.
Glass is pretty tough too. There's already a decent reproduction of a Hummer which is mostly steel.
