I'm pretty sure that the frames are the same size.
I did a lot of measuring when converting a '68 D100 into a '64 W-200 and found no instances where there was any difference - except for the holes for the rear leaf springs. The 1/2 ton had 1/2" holes and the 3/4 ton had 3/4" holes :^)(those wacky Dodge Engineers strike again!)
Swapped the axle and spring assemblies and transfer case assemblies with no problems.
