1972 tire & rim association year book
shows 900-16 single
load cap 2250 @ 30 psi all ply
3030 @ 50 psi max 8ply
3370 @ 60 psi max 10ply
the air carries the load
the ply rating on the tire indicates the
chamber strength of the tire & the internal
air pressure that it can take
@ 30 psi 6,8,10 etc ply rated tires all
carry the same load.
