I'm pretty sure a heater was an option.
I got mine out of a similar vintage Dodge PU
awhile back and the water inlet and mounting holes matched.
VPW had a 12 v conversion kit for the motor, but I thought $100 was pricey at the time and
put in a big shunt resistor to drop the voltage.
