You don't need 10" or even 8" wide rims to mount 36X12.5-16 Swampers; they'll fit on the stock 6.5" wide rims. If you've already paid for these rims, I'd consider getting some larger tires to take full advantage of them. If you are using bias Swampers get 38X12.5-16s which are nearly 2" taller. But Michelin 325/85R16 XMLs are 38.7" tall and 12.8" wide, they call for 9-10" wide rims. Or you could get 16.5" rims that are 9.75" wide for 38X15.5R16.5 radial Swampers.
