the f+r angles are heavy-atleast 1/4, if you can't get 3/8. frame extensions are one piece channel necked one one end to fit inside of frame.If you can't get tubing with a radius that suits maybe a junk truck frame would have a section that fits.
The cable guide that came with my MU 5(I don't know what it came on) is a one piece U of 1in rod.
keep it all bolt on,like the o.e., so it's reversible
sounds like a fun project, wish I could get greasy with you, always enjoyed metal work,now I get virtual grease over the net.
