I'm a little confused. The only way to get better "road speed" is to effectivly change the gear ratio (either a different set of gears 4.89:1; or larger diameter tires). The M-37 uses a 5.83:1 gear ratio (the same as most Power Wagons). The differential assembly will interchange between both if yours is damaged; but, you won't gain anything in the way of road speed. I'm not sure about the interchangability of housings and shafts. The "M" series has a different steering arangement and might be a bit wider.
