For a manual transmission without overdrive:
RPM = MPH x Gear Ratio x 336 / tire diameter
For a manual transmission with overdrive:
RPM = MPH x Gear Ratio x 336 x .8 / tire diameter
These forumulas are approximate, since there are other conditions that will also affect RPM/speed.
