We are going to overhaul the PS on a '79 Ram Charger. We understand the only special tool needed is a puller to get the sector arm off of the lower shaft. A fork would be handy to get the tie rod end off. The kit is about $40 here in Kentucky. Will let you know how it goes. Must be a common problem, we have two leakers.
