Well, thanks for the help so far.
The lock is embedded in a cast housing (the wheel lock body) and has no manufacturers symbol or mark visible. The number 'H 476' is stamped on the face of the lock below the key hole, which is horizontal, and the key cross-section is sort of flat, but with a depression or U on the centreline.
