hi guys, I am working on my boss's '58 PG D100 and we are rebuilding the drivers door latch. we are in need of either a new driver side door star, or we need a small quantity of pot metal welding rod. has anybody got a source besides eBay?? or does anyone has some they'd sell?? we only need about one or two sticks for what we need to do but, the supply places all want to sell a half pound. we have taken a new star(for a different application- because I had it on hand) that just needed to be aligned differently and rotated it into the proper position, now we just need to reweld it! if not we just need the correct NEW star thanks.
