Ralph. You have found the best place to get information on these trucks. There are a lot of very knowledgeable guys here. Just ask.
You should find an ID plate in the lower corner of the cab, on the driver's side, near where the lower door hinge bolts to the jamb. Also on the driver's side of the frame, behind the front shock mount you should find the same 8 numbers that are on the ID plate.
Then go to the Home Page and find the link to the serial numbers. This should tell you for sure what year your truck is. Good luck.
