I could be wrong, but the frame is pretty much the same up until 1992ish. couple things you would want to be concerned with.
1. if you put headers on your 440, switch to a mini-starter. If you don't, you have to un-bolt the engine mount and loosen the drivers side header to change out the starter.
2. The vacuum booster for the brake will be within 1/2" or so from your valve cover. I never pulled my valve cover to know if it will come off, but if your engine rocks side to side, it will hit.
