is to get an extension for your impact gun and grind it into a screwdriver bit, then put it in the gun, press hard into the slot, and tap the trigger. If you strip the head you have to drill the head off being careful not to drill the drum. It is best to use new screws when you go back. You need to be careful with the drum because good ones are hard to find (or were last time I looked).
