I have encountered this problem many of times. Here is what I did. Take the window frame out, remove all hinge hardware and then take the window seal completely off of the frame (I know your thinking are you crazy, you know how long it took me to put that rubber seal in, believe me it's worth it.) Now wind in the window crank all the way, now put the window frame back in the cab hole and check it for being bent or not. You will be suprised..
