Yeah,my opinion is the 203 makes a great paper weight LOL.I have had so many 74-early 80 Dodge full-time trucks its unreal.I have run a 77 W100(Macho)that I descrbed.I havnt run across one that the front shaft(or out put yoke)on the 203 turns when not locked in,but still runs down the road.I have a buddy that says there were 2 different 203s made,but the only difference is the chain size?We have a 77 W200 and before I had it done I was driving it without a front shaft.Never locked the T-case in on it either.
