Power Wagon Throttle Linkage

Hello I have a 1980 Power Wagon that I just purchased a few weeks ago and everything runs perfect only 118000 miles on it and within the last week or so the throttle has been kind of hard to push down at a certain point. Guessing it has something to do with the throttle linkage but don't know too much about that, any help would be great thanks.
