It should have electronic ignition already. With the big block truck manifolds that are on it there will be little if any gain in exhaust flow compared to headers. While the 440 would use dual exhaust if its got single on it I wouldnt worry a whole about it. If it was time for exhaust then put dual on it. I just did this on my 440 truck and see no real difference in how it runs.

The H pipe and flow masters would be a waste of money on a pickup truck. We're not turning high rpms here needing flow. While probably not likely with the 440 on smaller engines port velocity can be degraded with big giant fancy exhaust and they will not run as good.

I wouldnt want to go with smaller primaries. The 440 is what it is. A big high torque high horsepower engine. Its thirsty for gas and thats the way it is. They can be tempermental about weather changes and quality of gasoline. Choke off its fuel and then you got to back the timing off and then you end up with an engine with no power and not much MPG increase.

440 & Good MPG is about the same as trying to set the land speed record in a loaded dump truck.
