while not power wagon related we have two generators at our fire station that had the same flooding issues. would run fine for about 2 min then cut out. start right up again and repeat. went to the local dealer and he said it was crud from the "new" gas that was sticking under the float needle not letting it back down. put some cleaner through ran for about an hour and no issues. it was a product for small engines made by BMW can't remember the name though.
