Depending on what you are going to do with the truck....meaning serious off road or just driving around.....if you can get an 1/8 of an inch in all directions, should be OK. The problem is that it is not easy to achieve, unless you cut the door frame and start stretching the door frame out. Then you have to deal with the door closing. Plus make the repairs to the body afterwards. Not for the light hearted....and expensive if you actually pay for it...;)
