They were never set real perfect at the factory, and what ever the past history of the vehicle is, they most likely have been twisted to some extent. Get them as close as you can, but don't loose sleep over it. They will move again. The key is adjustment for function. You may need a shim or two here and there. A 2 by 4 is a big help also, in lifting, closing, lowering and flexing the door into shape. The door was meant to do that and be adjusted that way....no kidding.
