As far as I can tell it looks like a standard truck. The rear does sit a little low, and the front sits a little high, are you sure there is an engine in it John? If there is an engine in it, then something has happened to the springs I think. But it is a W100 in all ways as far as I can tell from this tiny picture. To figure out more, get more pictures, and larger ones.
