From a distance, the stance is likley the only clue. Most 3/4 tons set a little prouder (higher), but spring age and truck use can make that misleading.
If you are close enough to see the wheel bolt pattern, 5 lug equals W-100, but 8 lug does not always equal w-200, some W-100's have the heaver 8 lug axles.
