Hi Chris.
Since you are not asking me, I hope you don't mind my two cents. :)
I would paint the flat panels (on the bed) red. I would paint the bed rails and stake pockets and the fenders cream. And maybe paint the 2 top sections of the hood cream.
But I really prefer the traditional one color on the cab and bed and black fenders.
As long as the owner is happy, right?
