figuring out vin 1967

This may not be possible, I am talkig with someone who can't see well. He says the data plate has a serial number top left...then next to that in the middle...a "something #" 8 digits long.
He can't make out the serial number...but he can make out the po no.

maybe its po no...or somethign else. All I can think is Purchase Order number?????

Anyways...the number is 45292005.

If anyone knows these trucks...and can tell me what that can tell me....I'd really appreciate it
