Did any of the W100 trucks come with the optional heavy duty front axle like those found on W200 crewcab models? Or were they only available with the light duty W200 front axle?

A local farmer had a truck he claimed was an early 60's 1-ton Power-Wagon. He had owned it for a long time. I went to look at it and it was a W100 shortbed utiline truck. Sure enough, it had the light duty Dana 44 in front and the Dana 60 in the rear. He thought I was nuts in calling it a 1/2-ton.
