we had the veterinarian aka Big Bruce , here to castrate a horse . after he crawled all over the power wagons looking at them he got down to business at hand cutting the horse .He asked where i got the power wagon i said were else the U S . he replied and said he just came back from vacationing in the the southern U S searching and eating BBQ (they dont call him big Bruce for nothing) . his statement it is in the sauce which made good bbq which varied in style and taste from state to state . My response BBQ is not the sauce (which i feel is spicing ) but the wood variations that cooks the meat makes real BBQ we debated BBQ for some time . I said that on the power wagon forum there is a great cross sections of Americans that BBQ and i would post the question is it the sauce or the wood that makes bbq ~ copey
