The guy I got my truck from lived in Mich. He had a tube soldered into the air cleaner. There was a hose running into the glovebox. In the glove box the hose was jb welded to the nozzle of a can of starting fluid. He said on even the coldest days a quick blast and it would fire right up. Didnt even have to raise the hood.
