Need some help on a 1941 WC 1/2 ton

Anyone out there have an original 1941 wc 1/2 ton 4x4 with bed? I picked up a new date of delivery brass tag and want to do the date but have nothing to go on. Mine was unstamped so did they go 11-41, 11/1941,or.....

It wasn't on the dash tag either.

Mine was attached with self tapping slotted screws. Is this what others have? Appreciate any help and a photo would be great if possible. Thanks, Kevin
