Once a plug is fouled on a 2-stroke, I throw it away and put in a new one. I don't even try to mess with cleaning or drying it. I learned that lesson a long time ago racing 2-stroke dirt bikes in motocross.

When you use your saw, are you running it full throttle? You should be. Do not let it idle. Once warmed up, it should be full throttle cutting wood, or shut off, no in between. You will greatly lessen the chance of fouling a plug, your saw will cut better, and your clutch will last longer.

Also make sure you are using the correct Stihl recommended spark plug. For instance, if Stihl recommends a NGK, and you try a Champion equivalent, you will have trouble. 2-strokes are funny that way.
