I have seen a lot of the two lever models on Jeeps and a few on PWs, they work by rotating cylinders to lock or unlock, but the lockup isn't supported by very much material - I have seen them fail even when properly engaged. Also, the design permits half engagement, i.e. one lever engaged and one not, then they almost always fail. Wise Dualmatic owners paint one lever edge green and the other red so that this doesn't happen.

I have a set of four lever Dualmatics on the W-500, and, no, I didn't know they made them either (they apparently made a 6 lever model too for 5 ton axles). The Warn hub for the W-500 is much stronger.

I use Selectros on the FFPW, and have blown one by kissing a rock with it. Not the strongest design there either.
