The answer is yes as long as you are talking ffPW cabs for both 46 and 53. The normal 46 DODGE civilian cab has significant differences and can only be used with modification.

ffPW Cabs:
The only differences is the 46 cab may be left over military. It may have different holes punched into the firewall and the the hoods may have holes in the lower center of the side flaps for spark arresting fittings. The cab mounts will be slightly different between these years. They changed the frame mounts to used different cab blocks or pads but the mounting holes in the cab are the same. The dash will be different between the 46 and 53. The 46 will have gauges split on either side of the speedo and the 53 will have them in a single cluster in the center of the dash to the right of the speedo. There should be no problems with swapping the cab, front fenders, hood, radiator or running boards between 46 and 53 trucks.

The bed is different between these years and the rear fenders are not interchangeable. The 46 has what is known as a 1st series bed and the 53 has a second series bed. These beds are different and parts are not interchangeable at all. However, you can mount a complete 1st series bed (46) on a 2nd series truck (53) and visa versa. You can not mix bed parts between 1st series and 2nd or 3rd series beds. You can interchange all but the bedsides between 2nd and 3rd series beds.

Hope that helps
