the replacement flexplate popped in quicker than the old one did when I had to wiggle it out . Lining up the trannie was a breeze - I simply replaced each bolt with one a bit longer as I pulled the old bolts bout . I then slid the trans back about 1 inch . I used 6 bolts instead of the standard 2 to keep things in alignment and not sag . Blocked up the motor under the pan and dropped the starter . All the linkages and driveshafts remained hooked up .
