Reminds me of prohibition. Make it illegal, sew up the market and supply and then legalize and vala the sky´s the limit and you got a jump on the competition. Not to mention the drug trade which my money says is run by the same folks that made it illegal in the first place, but I digress. We really need to plant the weed.
