I just talked to my friend who has been dealing with some water issues. As you say I need to first determine who's water it is, where it's coming from and the legal aspects. Right now it's only a 1 in. line. I am serious and will look around here for sources and cost once I determine the legal issues. I'm going to follow it up the mountain as soon as I can and see where it is coming from, and then see if I could run a bigger line.
