def. need to study. Big brother here I believe owns all the minerals and who knows what else. I´ve been trying to contact a friend who has a ranch and has been hasseling with the gov. over some water issues, hopefully he can fill me in. As I understand here only the ICE(state el. co.) can sell electricity whether that means I can produce my own using water is the question. I know I can use solar, but the problem is the water may come under regulation in regards to el. Thanks for the advise
