Terry, Fleabag here, I have about the same condition that you have, I get a double beat in my heart every once in a while, I went to a heart surgeon and he explained the the heart beat control system like a car going over some speed bumps to control the speed, every once in awhile my heart beat impulse can go around the speed bumps then I get kicked into high gear! This happened in a Lowe's one day when I was running to get a new well pump and was stressed out over the whole deal and I kicked in to overdrive worst than I had ever remembered, The guy at Lowe's seen that I was very worried and did not look good{more than normal} told him my heart rate was screaming and he called 911, first to get there was the fire dept, they hooked up the monitor and the look on the firefighter's face told me I was not going to be walking out of the place alive, the paramedics got there and looked at the monitor and the gal asked me what I was feeling and I told here racing heart rate and she asked if I ever had this before and I told her quite a few times them it would stop. She told me to grunt down putting pressure on my stomach muscles and when I did the rate instantly went back to a normal rate, since this every time the rate goes wild I just grunt down and it stops instantly every time. If you ever get the old clock running wild again please try this I think it would help you out! Fleabag!!
