There is a place for people like him- it's called jail. Don't hold back. Put him in jail and forget about him. The best thing you will ever do for yourself and your mother. No sympathy, and don't look back no matter what. He needs help you can't provide- don't try it, as there are hundreds of professionals out there that are incapable of dealing with people like him. Send him to the hell he is trying to create on earth for you. And start your life again...
