Use a floor jack under the tie rod.
Protect or remove the grease fitting.
Lift the jack enough to put the weight on the tie rod.
This will push the taper up into the casting.
Then try removing the nut.
If your looking to remove and replace just use a 4" grinder and cut the nut.
