The NAPA I work in is family oriented, and alot of communication goes on between all the stores in the district to help find obscure stuff. We/they are willing to help anyone, as long as they are patient. BUT....if the customer comes in with a chip on their shoulder, exibits no patience, and is deliberatly rude, then I have the nice task of escorting them to the door. It's a fun place to work most of the time, the managers do their best to make it that way. Everyone looks forward to coming in to work. We even have a TV for when the races are on....the customers chime in and the banter starts....
