My son works at Advance here in town. He reads the parts books and decries the "plug and play" generation being hired by upper management nowadays. We also have a friend at a NAPA store in a neighboring town who is just as comfortable reading a thick parts book as he is with a computer. Both were in store management, but gave it up for their sanity.
