on my sons powerwagon we run 25 psi in the fronts and 23 psi in the rear. this truck is driven on roads only and in town. i dont really notice the noise, the truck goes up to 60 with the tires, but the engine is really turning. we try to limit the truck to 50 mph. it seems to be a good rpm there. just dont start out late to where you want to go. the tires are readily available from 150 to 250 each. there are many options for tires and rims if money is no object.
