The only reason I cant see why it wouldnt work is, where would the tube go? Combat rims and the Budd lock ring rims are not tubeless rims, ya gotta have an inner tube in there. There just isnt enough room for the runflat and a tube! Unless you are planning on running flat, and not bothering with air!
