don't think the m37 yoke will work you might what to check the ujoint size the M35 i thnk had 1410 ujoint m37 have a 5380 ,you can find a yoke that is 1410 to fit the np201
i might have one .or get a crossover ujoint 1410 to 5380 and m37 yoke
