I just did some checking, that is the same # as the bell on my slant 6 truck. I think it will also work on the 61-68 318. It will not work with the 383. The bell/flywheel combo you need is a little rare,as it was only made in 67 and 68. The bell was used until 73 in Medium duty trucks,but the flywheels were 8 bolt crank in those...Sorry for the bad news :(
